Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Our Service Department is here to help you with your preventative maintenance needs. In continuing our efforts to improve customer service, Service Level Agreements are available to maximize operating efficiency, increase savings and boost production.
Once entered into a Service Level Agreement, Myers Food Machinery shall provide an annual pre-agreed programme, where the most suitable days and times are selected by the customer. The scheduled preventative maintenance is then carried out according to this schedule and is based on the specific needs and requirements of the equipment/machinery.
Through this system customers benefit from increased rate in productivity and peace of mind, as the likelihood of failures and breakdowns are significantly reduced.
In addition, Myers food machinery shall provide unscheduled remedial maintenance (“on-call service”), as and when needed.
Both scheduled and unscheduled service maintenance shall include the following:
- Regular service included in the contract price.
- Additional service and call-out charges.
*Parts will incur additional charges.
Additional customer support is available to assist customers with technical and technological equipment issues.
