This process guarantees perfect cutting edges all-around, suited for the cutting of meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, eggs, fish and a variety of other products, into cuts cubes, strips and slices. The DicR 90 is the ideal choice for food processors, butcher, supermarkets and restaurants.
